Dear Candidates,
We are hiring Export Manager Cum HR for our prestigious client (Export-Import Industry) for Indore location.
Division/Department: Exports and Human Resource & Admin.
Location: Indore
Job Title: Export Manager and HR/Admin
Reports to: C.E.O
Requirement: 3 candidates, female only.
CTC Offered: Upto 2.40 Lac PA (Negotiable for deserving candidate)
Job Responsibilities:
1. Dual responsibilities of Exports manager and HR/Admin.
2. Coordination with Custom House Agents (CHA’s), Shipping Lines, Laboratories for shipment of export consignments.
3. Obtaining shipping bills, Bill of Lading, Lab reports etc. MIS preparation of the same.
4. Preparation and submission of bank documentation for exports including forex transactions, EPC’s etc.
5. Company’s human resources management which includes maintenance of payroll, expenses etc.
6. Recruitments and exits.
7. General office admin.
Work experience requirement:
1. Minimum 1 years of work experience in dealing with Banks, agents and other like service providers.
2. Excellent communication and follow up practices are must.
3. Candidate should be able to get her work done from service providers in a professional and timely manner.
4. Minimum 2 years of experience in HR management.
Education requirements:
1. MBA (in HR, FT or Finance) from a well-known institution.
2. Accolades in extra curricular activities will be added advantage.
