Dear candidate, Position: Store Manager Compensation: 3 - 4.5 LPA Experience: Minimum 1 year to maximum 5 years experience in Apparel industry as a store manager. Job Description: 1. Ensure smooth functioning of the retail outlet as per the standards and processes defined 2. Track, analyse, and take steps to increase footfalls to ensure monthly sale targets for the store are met 3. Ensure excellent customer service to ensure your store is the most customer preferred shopping destination in the region 4. Ensure that the store has the required infrastructure, approvals etc. and maintained as per the norms defined 5. Monitor receipt, storage and return of items to ensure there is no pilferage or damage 6. Track and control the store expenses and petty cash to ensure meeting the profitability targets of the store 7. Ensure support to the marketing team in execution of in-store promotion or loyalty programs Desired Candidates:  Candidates must have good Communication in English and Hindi.  Candidate should be from large store and handling minimum 7000 Square feet – maximum 12000 Square Feet area in their Current job.  Candidate must be minimum graduate and should be flexible to relocate according to organization’s requirement
