An ideal candidate will possess the following: 1. 4 to 7 years of experience as executive assistant in a multi national or other leading organization 2. Prior experience in working with a CEO or C level executive 3. Experience in e-commerce or Internet industry is preferred 4. Experience in meeting coordination, travel management, Liaoning, calendar management, expenses management 5. Excellent communication skills 6. Proficiency in excel and basic computer tools 7. Experience in project management is preferred 8. Attention to detail and very high work ethics 9. Result orientation and positive attitude 10.
