Estate Manager • Responsibility and Accountability for expenses incurred in daily operations and investigate cost overruns. • Ensure collection of service charges from customers for the provision of facilities, in a timely manner. • Monitor adherence to service level agreements in the provision of all facilities and services to provide superior customer experience. • Directly address the queries and concern of customers and drive timely resolution of the same. • Interact with the vendors and service providers and support in resolving any payment/ terms/ facility management related issues faced by them internal Process Perspective. • Supervise the execution of day-to-day activities in the maintenance of all utilities and infrastructure, including Building Maintenance Utility. • Monitoring Management of House Keeping, Pest Control Landscape Maintenance Services Systems for security and safety / fire prevention protection services Fire drills / evacuation drills, Building Safety audit,Electricity/Plumbing Services ,Air-conditioning Services . • Monitor the timely raising of invoices and collections from customers. • Follow up with the Finance Department to drive timely payments for vendors and service providers Supervise the timely and comprehensive preparation of reports for Senior Management to provide them with updates on the facility management activities at sites. • Monitor the timely preparation and submission of MIS for all activities. Requirements: • Highest level of personal service experience with private families and/or individuals. • Well educated in luxury items such as fine art and antiques. • Proper social etiquette and cultural knowledge. • Very resourceful. • Independent and team project management. • Negotiating skills. • Up to date on applicable technologies and global communications. Qualification:Any Graduate Required Experience-2-5 years as a Estate Manager only Age-35+ (Ex-serviceman would be more preferable.)
