Responsible for Inside Sales - Quotations & Tenders Job Responsibilities: -* * Handling telephonic and email enquires received from Client’s / Sales Department / BU Head. * Contact Customer for Technical Specifications / Clarifications / Projects Details for preparing offer. * Handling & Submitting tender from Client / Online Portals and other sources. * Preparation of BOQ and generating offers with assistance from sourcing team & projects team. * Preparation & Maintenance of all Tender related documents. * Updating & Maintaining of QT (Tender Quotation) / QB (Enquiry) registers (Softcopy / Manually). * Follow up with the clients. *Qualification –* BE / B. Tech (Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation) *Note -* Females only.
