I need to hire a reliable candidate for E-Commerce Sales Executive profile. The Role: E-Commerce Sales Executive Requirements: * Innovative, good analytical skills and team sprits * Fluent English communication skills both in written and oral Friendly and outgoing personality, exceptional verbal and written customer service & communication skills * Previous experience with Online selling & Marketing with strong overall working knowledge of Digital marketing as we offer. * Solid awareness and understanding of the Air-Conditioning industry, products. * Experience with Point of Sale and Electronic Parts Catalog systems. * Previous experience with E-Commerce & selling on any online shopping portal * Efficient typing speed, key skill set a must! Job Responsibilities: * Promptly and professionally respond to leads and email questions generated from online sales channels. * Manage the uploading of products, * Sales & customer service management * Use CRM software to track and manage sales targets, lead response, and customer service inquiries * Develop strategies for sales and service effectiveness * Identify and recommend new sales initiatives for accelerated growth * Coach sales and customer service representatives on difficult customer situations * Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and appointment * Check available orders on site daily for items we can fulfill and request accordingly. Check distributor availability for items we can fulfill in 1 day or can potentially delivery. * Promptly process orders from customers keeping customers informed of order status/issues, making sure orders are fulfilled on time, tracking info is communicated, and invoicing is done accurately. Ensure drop shipped orders are processed and tracking info is uploaded promptly. * Creating and uploading copy and images for the organization’s website.
