Candidate should have 6 months to 5 years of experience in Customer Support Process.
Prior experience in Customer Service industry will be an added advantage.
Responsible for dealing with International Clients
Responsible for dealing with Clients' Queries
Minimum of two years of customer interaction or customer support experience strongly preferred, either by phone or face to face
Previous experience mentoring peers or leading a project strongly preferred
Previous negotiation skills strongly preferred
Must be willing to work in an environment that requires some amount of phone-based customer interaction
Proficiency with expert computer functions including MS Office suite strongly preferred
