Designation- Customer Service Associate/Voice Process (E-commerce) Job Description: • Answer incoming calls from customers to take orders (Including Cross-selling, up-selling) • Handle customer inquiries telephonically • Manage and resolve customer complaints • Process orders and ensure the delivery • Follow up customer calls where necessary • Describe products and services • Maintain records of telephonic interactions & orders Desired Candidate Profile: • Any 10+2/ under graduate/graduate can apply. • Verbal Communication (English & Hindi), Phone Skills, Listening, Data Entry Skills, Customer Service & Multi tasking • Person should have Convincing Skill • Influences customers to buy product or service by following a prepared script to give product reference information. • BPO experience, particularly in Telecom/E-Commerce/Customer Service would be given importance Shifts:- 08am to 04pm 12pm to 09pm Salary:- 08K to 12K
