• Should be enthusiastic and cordially with companies visitors/clients.
• Able to provide them about company information if asked.
• Should able to screen phone calls, open and sort mail, and summarize reports and memos that are received before passing the information on to the people they assist.
• Responsible for maintaining database and search work.
• Handling Office Documentation Process.
• Typing speed should be at least 25 to 30 wpm
• Typing speed accuracy
• Proven data entry working experience
• General Math Skills
• Assisting with other tasks as & when required.
• Accomplishes the result by performing the duty.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Trustworthy with an eye for detail
• Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
• Well versed with Windows & MS-Office application.
• Should be adequate in English & Hindi, Oral & Written communication.
• Should be have Pleasing personality & presentable
