We require a Customer Care Executive with excellent communication skills (both English and Hindi) and good typing speed. Familiarity with Computer operations specifically Word, Excel and Web browsers is a must. Candidate preferred to be based from Delhi/ NCR.
Responsibility will include:
1. Providing customer support over telephone, email, and live chat. Resolve customer's queries using backend software.
2. Order processing - using backend software (after due training)
3. Data Entry
4. Telemarketing/ sales pitch/ business development
- Salary: 1 to 3 lakh per annum
- Basic Qualification: Minimum Class 12 required. UG in Computer Applications will be added advantage.
Experience in BPO/e-commerce/startup would be huge advantage
- PG Qualification: Post Graduation Not Required
- Key skills: Excellent Communication Skills (both English/ Hindi), Familiar in
Computer Operations with working knowledge of Word, Excel, Web browsers
