Primary Duties and responsibility for assisting Confident Enterprise & its Clients in delivery, design and marketing of worldwide IT software solutions products for: Monitor and analyze leads (Query) received through emails and websites. Gather information regarding sender and the company through internet search, Link-Din Profile, Websites, etc. Establish the contacts with potential clients through emails and Social media tools. Follow up to the queries. Generate management summary reports using Salesforce CRM software (In-House training will be provided). Maintain the Appointment and follow-up the calendar for top management (CEO/MD).
