1. Job Title: Educational / Student Counselor - Receptionist Eligibility: Graduate with good communication skills. Job Description: • Provide counseling and guidance to users on various competitive exams (GRE, GMAT, SAT, IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, Banking, GATE, Civil Services, PErsonality Development, Spoken English.) • Identify appropriate courses for users and provide guidance for the same. • Cross-sell courses to users. • Resolve user issues by coordinating within the organization. • Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote and sell courses. Job Requirements: • Excellent spoken and written communication skills. • Basic knowledge of various competitive entrance exams, their eligibility, structure etc. • Ability to learn quickly and independently. • Ability to handle deadlines and responsibility. • Ability to work in a team and multi-task. • Willingness to work across functions in the team as well as with other teams. • Command over MS-Office - Word and Excel. Note: • We are looking for freshers or those with an experience of 1 year. Job Type: Full-time Salary: 1,20,000-1,40,000 P.A.
