Job Description • The purpose of this position is to provide specialist technical support to the commercial air conditioning division. This will be achieved through professional and proactive commissioning of projects; practical ‘hands on’ support to resolve technical queries and timely technical support with tender/design build services. • Develop an in depth knowledge of Panasonic commercial air conditioning systems in order to facilitate the successful specification of Panasonic products as a solution for their needs. • Assist with the design and quoting of commercial air condition systems in conjunction with the Panasonic air conditioning team, consultants and external customers. Your design should ensure client understands the full range of the features and benefits of the design, and how it meets their specific needs. • Communicate technical and sales information proactively and in a timely fashion with key stakeholders to build credibility of Panasonic as a professional supplier of commercial air conditioning products. • Provide engineering and technical support to the Product Sales Managers for commercial air conditioning. • Develop and maintain a high level of expertise and technical knowledge in the commercial air conditioning product range; including assisting with the repair and servicing of all products within the product range. • Domestic travel involving overnight absences will be required. • Some out of hours work may be required.
