Job Description • Identify any defects found and report to helpdesk. Providing a parts list and estimated timescale to carry out remedial works. • Attend site and carry out reactive repairs as instructed by helpdesk team. • Maintain the professional image of the Client at ALL times. • Establish and maintain a good working relationship with all employees and clients representatives. • Ensure the provision of a Safe & Healthy working environment. • The Commercial Heating Engineer will be ensuring heating, ventilation and mechanical services are maintained at all times. Having experience / expertise to diagnose faults and rectify them. Ensuring all statutory requirements are maintained, etc. The Commercial Heating Engineer must have their ACS commercial AND domestic elements. • The Commercial Heating Engineer / Gas Engineer will have previously working / worked as a Commercial heating engineer within the commercial sectors and HVAC industry undertaking routine heating repairs & maintenance, conversant with small works installations and the testing / completing of documentation. – • Possess a sound knowledge of Commercial Gas Heating Systems & Associated Mechanical equipment. • Well versed in working across high specification, blue-chip client environments within a similar role. • You will carry out planned preventative maintenance, servicing, fault finding and reactive/breakdown repair to a number of commercial gas appliances to include boilers and associated heating plant and equipment as well as carry out basic HVAC maintenance to fan coils and air handling units. Key Skill:- • Previous experience within Commercial GAS (Essential) • Relevant commercial gas qualifications (COCN1, COCDN1, ACOPS) • Strong building service knowledge (mechanical & Electrical) • Good Knowledge of Health and Safety • A good basic education is essential, with good written and spoken English and basic mathematical skills. Qualification: - B.E, B.tech, (Electrical Engineering) Experience:- 5 To 9 years’ Experience.
