We are looking for a Client Relations Manager:
Responsibilities:
Liaising with current and new clientele through personal interactions, telephonic conversations, and emails.
Maintain consistent communication with client to ensure efficient project implementation, review ongoing needs, provide timely solutions and recommendations to help achieve success and drive adoption
Maintain consistent record of client engagement, project implementation, time record, issues and resolutions, internal and external communication
Work with various internal teams to help provide timely client solutions, communicate client feedback to appropriate channels, identify areas for improvement in project and process, manage existing processes and relationships
Explain the features and benefits of our services to generate collaborative deals.
Aggressively seek new contacts and maintain working relationships with all.
You will be mainly office-based, and spend a lot of time on the telephone. You'll also travel to meet potential Sponsors and Client and venues
