Hello Dear Candidates, Greetings from Trust India Solutions, Designation: - Chef (INDIAN & CONTINENTAL) Job Description:- • Prepare and cook foods of all types, either on a regular basis or for special guests or functions. • Responsible to prepare a consistent, high quality food product and ensure courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service that supports the outlets operating concept & Standards. • Check the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are met. • Check the quantity and quality of received products. • Record production and operational data on specified forms. • Contribute to the restaurant service and the quality of production by managing you own section. • Work autonomously to prepare dishes according to technical fact sheets. • Manage the work of the kitchen aids. • In charge of one area of the kitchen and oversee its organisation, coordination and service. • Plan and coordinate the activities of the team to ensure operative effectiveness. • Follow guidelines laid by the Executive Chef on menu plan and design in consultation with the Sous Chef. • Ensure stock levels are maintained by calculating inventory, ordering and retrieving supplies. • Estimate daily and weekly requirements as per the process laid. Experience:- Candidates will be responsible for all the Indian & continental dishes. 1.8 TO 2.40 LPA .
