Chef: 1 to 5 years experienced well versed in Multi cuisine preparation and presentation. Diploma or equivalent in Hospitality.
Self disciplined and Need to control and supervise the F& B production and Presentations. Should train and lead and maintain the duty of F & B Staff . Should be aware of all Kitchen activities including Indenting, verifying and accounting all the kitchen ingredients, materials, appliances, machines and manpower. Reporting directly to OM or above.
