Description : Customer/Tech Support-Voice Process Handle inbound queries pertaining the technical issues Technical Sales (outbound/inbound) Remotely resolving the technical issues Identifying and Establishing new business. Generating sales Using technical knowledge along with sales skills to provide support on range of products Providing pre-sales and post sales support Providing Support in inbound call center. Utilizing professional techniques to retain & delight customers. Using soft skills - Listen, Empathy, Courtesy etc. Provide quality service & resolve concerns efficiently & professionally Package*: 15000-26000/monthly Requirement : *Must be able to communicate fluently in English . *Candidates must be able to join immediately. *Must have good convincing and sales skill. *2-3 months of experience in French, German, Spanish Language.
