PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Appointment generation for the sales team via calling and keep them engage.
Responsible for achieving daily call target and maximizing sales opportunities on each and every call.
Place and/or receive customer inquiries through call or email.
Handle customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner.
Communicate effectively with individuals/teams in the program to ensure high quality and timely expedition of customer requests.
Contribute ideas on ways to sale software product & services and to better serve the customer and/or improve productivity.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Graduate/Diploma or equivalent experience. One year of customer service sales experience preferred.
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Strong sales closure techniques, confidence in products and advocate skills.
Courteous with strong customer service orientation.
Strong communication, multi-tasking, negotiation skills required.
Strong computer navigation skills and PC Knowledge
Ability to remain calm under pressure and work in a concise, clear and focused manner
Must be flexible with the ability to adapt to changes and think conceptually.
Ability to learn.
Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently
