Greeting from Techlect Business solutions Pvt. Ltd. We have Urgent Opening for Business Development Manager in IT Company TBS Indore. Mini.Exp:- +1 year in Businesses Development Salary:- No BAR. Key Responsibilities:- • Lead Generating business through online freelancing portals likes odesk, elance, freelancer etc. • Setup portfolio on websites and get projects through these websites. • Sound understanding of software requirements like application development, website - development, web applications. • Interaction and explaining project requirements to Technical team/ BA team. • Carrying out project analysis & documentation considering contemporary business environment. • Creating all comprehensive proposal detailing and estimates. • Targeted business and revenue generation. • Need to interact with global clients over Phone/ Skype and VOIP etc. • Handle complete sales cycle. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. • Experience in negotiating and closing deals. SKILLS REQUIRED:- • Educational Qualification should be at least B.E/B.TECH (CS/IT) or any Technical diploma. • Candidate should have technical knowledge of Elance, odesk etc. • Must have strong presentation skills and ability to give presentations. • Excellent Communication skills. • Must be able to meet his targets.
