Job Description : Sales Engineer/ Representative
Customer-focused Sales professional with a passion for sales and proven track record of success.(Preferred from HVAC & BAS Industry) with B.E in Instrumentation/ Electronics exhibiting high level of professionalism and possess superior communication and negotiation skills. Must have the knowledge, drive, and intelligence to implement the entire sales process.
Job Duties:
• Prospects for new customers and finds new quality leads.
• Positions ALM’s HVAC and BAS Instrument products and services as a strategic advantage to customers.
• Negotiates with customer to grow business while maintaining margin targets.
• Demonstrates and explains the advantages of ALM in meeting customer needs.
• Consults with clients & Consultants pre –Post sales to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.
• Monitors market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales.
• Generate maximum revenue and sales for ALM in accommodated regions
• Willing to Travel throughout sales territory
Job Requirements:
• Experience : Minimum 2 years of Experience in HVAC & BAS Industry
• Honesty and Integrity in all customer and company interactions
• Minimum of two years of documented successful direct sales experience in the business
• Ability to maintain a positive and friendly demeanor.
• Skill in proactively communicating (both verbal and written) to establish relationships and influence decisions.
• Excellent negotiation & communication skills.
• Displays persistence, with strong drive to succeed.
• Consistently works to promote company growth while maintaining ethical standards.
• Maintains a professional personal appearance.
• Clean personal record, background check will be done.
