Job Description 1.Minimum 3 plus years experience in Capital markets industry or Hedge Fund industry or in similar Indian / International financial market Strong business knowledge of vanilla and derivatives products 2. Good business knowledge of financial reporting and reporting requirements for hedge funds and fund admins preferably on Advent Geneva or any other Portfolio accounting system 3. Capable of acting as a catalyst in understanding / appreciating user requirements and effectively communicating the requirements to the in-house Development Team 4.Capable of bringing about improvement of existing software by suggesting improvements, testing, bug fixes etc. 5.Handling new client and existing client implementation or conversions on software applications 6.Ability to manage delivery and escalations Capable of project planning, timely delivery and progress reporting Participate / Lead any special consulting projects or assignments (client or internal) as may be required by the business 7. Recommend best possible solution which meets business requirements by internal assessments / comparison with competitor software applications.
