Job Profile: • Client Acquisition & Lead Generation  Generate leads through telephonic conversation.  Follow-up the generated leads so that they become the clients.  Communicate to clients the products & services of company. • Business Development  Will generate the business as per target assigned by reporting authority.  Follow-up with clients for updating products and services.  Customer Relationship Management (CRM)  Assisting in implementing the sales strategy as set by the Senior Manager.  Identify business opportunities and analyzing sales options. • Client renewal and retention  Maintain relation with the Clients so as to assure about the services satisfaction  Follow-up the existing clients for renewal so that they will associate with the company for the long term • Revenue Generation • Aggressively Target Oriented Profile
