Job Profile:
• Client Acquisition & Lead Generation
Generate leads through telephonic conversation.
Follow-up the generated leads so that they become the clients.
Communicate to clients the products & services of company.
• Business Development
Will generate the business as per target assigned by reporting authority.
Follow-up with clients for updating products and services.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Assisting in implementing the sales strategy as set by the Senior Manager.
Identify business opportunities and analyzing sales options.
• Client renewal and retention
Maintain relation with the Clients so as to assure about the services satisfaction
Follow-up the existing clients for renewal so that they will associate with the company for the long term
