Ltd. – Pune, Maharashtra Job Description: • Candidate should be comfortable to sale out different Subscription plans and Anti-virus plans. • Candidate should have experience in handling Routers calls, Popup calls and Printers calls. • Handling calls and resolving the queries. • Engaged in handling inbound calls of technical support. • Candidate should be comfortable to work in US shift. • Candidate should be proficient in making sales and over-achieving the targets. • Good Knowledge about Tech Support process - IP configuration, system hanging, Email calls, Antivirus calls, pop up calls, Printer, Router, Scanner, Hardware & Software - taking calls & Achieve targets. • Fluency in English is must, should have good communication skills and should be a Quick Learner. Process: US Technical Sales. Experience: Min 6 months to 4 yrs Shift Timings: 8.00 PM - 5.00 AM SALARY: Rs.15,000 TO Rs. 40,000/- Skills: Sales and Troubleshooting ** , Other Skills: pop up calls / antivirus calls Candidates will be benefited by Cab and Meal facility.
