Job Title : BRANCH RELATIONSHIP OFFICER
Location: Daund / Solapur /Hadapsar
*MALE CANDIDATES ONLY
Purpose of the Job: Generating Leads /New Business Sourcing /Sales
Self Deliverables
The most important tasks performed on an individual basis without involving subordinates are:
Sourcing Customers: RO is responsible for meeting with prospects, understanding their needs,generating leads, following up the leads for interested prospects
Required process: RO is responsible for filling Application form of interested customer; for required KYC documents; verifying the KYC documents; analyses of customer’s business and their business/personal needs
Login Forms: RO is responsible for login the application form on time with complete set of documents with IP.
Document check (As per KYC Guideline): RO is responsible for completing the document check and verify all the documents provided by the customer to ensure that meet the KYC guidelines, before it dispatched.
Schedule visits of all Customers
Makes minimum 10 Cold calls/New Calls a day
Gathering and building references from existing customers
Has a productive pipeline
Ensure logins to conversion ratio is maintained at 75
Pre – screening of documents before login
Following up to ensure disbursals of all the cases.
Responsibilities
Responsible for NTB Financial Planning Account & Cross Sales
Responsible for acquisition through direct sales to walk-in as well as referrals from walk-in customers
To coordinate with Direct Sales Team for new to business account acquisition
Establishing relationship with existing customers who walk-in, through cross sell of all products and services
To provide product Support to ensure that sales targets by branch and through direct sales teams are met
Review daily visit and daily lead report. Handling account attrition & closures
Other daily duties with include:
Setting up meetings with new clients
Research on notifications on govt. rules & regulations
Looking for new sales opportunities

No. of year of relevant experience: Fresher’s may be taken. However experienced candidates
will be preferred with exp in sales and Marketing like financial services, Banking.
Any Specific specialization/Education: Candidate must possess a Graduate Degree/Post
Graduate Degree/MBA/PGDBA/PGPM in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent, Preferably
Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent. Job role in Retail
