Key activities/Responsibilities:
• Identify potential leads independently through networking, cold-calling and/or other sources in the assigned territory/geography.
• Handle RFI/RFP’s, generating new business leads, conducting prospect research, developing and delivering corporate presentation
• Ability to coordinate and write proposals, as and when requirement.
• Research and analyses the pain points of a particular organization and make the right pitch at the right level
• Interacting with technical people for specific requirement of the client
• Creating and closing new business opportunities for the company
• Work closely with delivery functions in ensuring successful execution of projects.
• Develop relationships with potential clients through presentations, business networking, telephone calls, personal emails, personal mailings, business forums, and/or other business or social Networking.
• Generate client awareness and preference for the business and its services. May include developing/sending promotional material, authoring articles, presenting in business forums, business associations, etc.
• Identify and close specific sales opportunities within target companies. Being involved in interaction with customers at senior levels will be responsible for identifying opportunities and converting the same to business deals. Identify requirements from customers and match the required processes to convert the lead to a warm lead /prospect
• Build business transformation propositions for prospects/ industries and present these to prospective customers.
• Recommend which opportunities the business should pursue using criteria such as the highest probability of winning, profit potential, etc.
Eligibility
• Education: PG – Any Specialization
• Experience: 5+ years in Business development
o In depth sales experience, with industry expertise and proven track record of getting good campaigns & generating revenue.
o Strong written and verbal communication and technical writing skills
o Working knowledge of costing for proposals, well versed with contact center requirement of various verticals, a good understanding of the domain.
o Experience in transitioning campaigns on board (Inbound/Outbound) Lead Gen, Survey, and Sales.
o Should have in depth knowledge in negotiating/Quoting prices of different work models

o Pleasing personality and decision-making ability in day to day situations

General Details
• Work Location: Chennai
• Shift: General / Night Shift Flexible
• CTC: Per annum 3,00,000 (As per industry standards & Experience)
• Profit Sharing: 5 + PF + Bonus
• Expectation: Progress expected on 2nd week onwards
• Industry: Call Centre / IT-enabled Services / BPM / BPO
• Working: 6 Days are working / Shift required.
