Designation: Business Development Manager / Senior Sales Manager – Digital Marketing
Managing profiles and pages on social networking sites including Facebook, twitter, Google plus, LinkedIn and other community sites.
Promoting our company website/ job portal on different forums...
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
Identifying the Potential candidates and clients through social media network.
Building up the relationship with candidates and the clients.
Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
To discuss with clients, negotiate terms and introduce them to the company within specified period.
Developing quotes and proposals
Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person
Handling key clients of the company which involves interaction with the client to understand their IT/Non IT Requirements and provide best Resources in given specific timeline.
To keep a sharp eye on the advertisement of all vacancies through the various network.
Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays.
Key Skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Confident & with positive attitude towards work
Excellent computer skills. Those who have basic knowledge need not apply.

General Details
• Work Location: Chennai
• Shift: General / Night Shift Flexible
• CTC: Per annum 2,40,000 (As per industry standards & Experience)
• Profit Sharing: 5 + PF + Bonus
• Expectation: Progress expected on 2nd week onwards
• Industry: Marketing / Publishing / Digital
• Working: 6 Days are working / Shift required.
