Responsibilities  Production Management: - Primary Responsible to Ensuring complete Plant Operations are followed by Daily Work Management (DWM) & physical operations & activities of production staff. Preparation Daily Production Plan & Execution of plan, based on Available Resources in Three shifts to various production divisions.Resonsibility is to work with His / Her production supervisors & management to assure that scheduled production is met on daily basis & orders are completed on time. Solving all production related issues on shop floor with CAPA. Keep track of Raw material & FG stock level as per plan. Maximum Efficiency Output with HACCP & ISO9001 related Process. Update & production status Reporting thru MIS.Monitoring & controlling all SOP & SWP. The main focus on Cost control & continual Improvements with Less Maintenance Operations.
