Candidate should know how to manage an assigned geographic sales area or product line to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives, also attends training and sales meetings offered by the dealership and manufactures to plan more effectively and improve sales.
Candidate should be well organized so he can handle both sales and managerial duties, must also possess excellent customer service skills, strong leadership and communication skills, negotiating skills, basic accounting skills, management skills, multi-tasking skills and advanced computer skills.
Must perform sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales price and discounts in consultation, should know how to prepare the development plans for the growth of the business.
Will also be responsible to resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service & prepare budgets and approve expenditures.
Shall be responsible for overdue collections & revenue generation process.
Creation of relationships (with Business partners and client) and ensure smooth servicing and operations.
