Maintenance of records of all documents received and issuing that to the concerned persons.
Proper documentation of all records for future references.
Typing in MS - Word and Excel.
Monitor and ensuring the day to day receipt & dispatch of documents for smooth operations,allocating proper job responsibilities and co-ordination amongst the sub-ordinates.
Office stationary and other stock updates and report circulation.
To monitor record keeping by junior executives and office boys.
Timely submission of report required by the seniors
