This position within Enterprise Architecture stream will be responsible for Managing Application data in ALFABET and Business process data in ARIS Key Responsibilities Functional: 1. Discuss with Global Process Owners (across Sibelco Organisation) and collect their inputs / direction. 2. Create the Business process model in ARIS 3. Migrate already existing process model from standalone documentation (PPT, word, Excel etc) to ARIS 4. Take responsibility as ARIS Admin user to manage and maintain users and accesses. 5. Manage Continuous improvement of Application data in ALFABET (about 50 of the data is RED, so to improve confidence & collect more information over time) 6. Investigate Application portfolio and propose Rationalization / cost effective alternatives. Additional: 1. Good communicator. Effectively uses time from stakeholders to gather to-the-point information 2. Aligns with overall Enterprise Architecture principles 3. Self-driven, motivated person willing to take up responsibility and make difference. Job Requirement Education: Bachelors or Masters in Engineering Skills & Experience: ARIS / ALFABET experience for at least 2 years, overall experience around 5 years Salary Range: USD 1,200 – USD 1,500 Monthly
