1. Liaison with Banks and NBFCs for empanelment of the Company with them, allotment of Cases, collection of information and case documents. 2. Liaison with Head office for preparation of documentation in the cases allotted. 3. Field work including visiting the borrowers for identification of property, inspection of the mortgaged assets, properties and giving on report on the property; service of notice to borrower, taking symbolic and physical possession of the assets. 4. Co-ordination with advocate of the company or local advocate for follow-up of applications filed with District Magistrate / Metropolitan Magistrate. 5. Co-ordination with local police station for allocation of police force for taking physical possession of mortgage properties. 6. Supervision of security guards employed by company on properties under physical possession. 7. Regular meetings with concerned Bank officials for reporting, complaint redressal, updation on status of cases allotted by bank, obtaining signatures on documents, marketing for new cases etc. 8. To make efforts for sale of property, meeting property dealers, looking for potential customers for property. 9. To conduct auction of properties. 10. Submission of bills for our services to Bank and follow-up for payments from Bank
