The first 3 months are going to be your training period. During this period you will undergo training which would be a mix of classroom and on the job exposure. You would get inputs on not only Sales, Products and Insurance but will also get an exposure to understand the life Insurance business through structured stints in critical functions like Operations, Underwriting etc. There will be certifications at the end of each phase.Senior professionals will handhold you throughout your traineeship giving their inputs and providing insights.
