Job Description
• Maintains a zero defect service/high delivery standards for all assigned clients by:
• Ensuring all timelines/deadlines of client applications are met.
• Adhering to all processes in the Standard Operating Procedure.
• Ensure regular and effective communication with all assigned clients via email/telephone and face to face
• interaction.
• Quality checking all Shortlists going to the client from the Program Coordinator before proposing the same to the
• client.
• Responsible for conversion of applicants to admits- essentially commission pipeline management.
• Ensuring all application documents of the client are correct and in proper order before submission.
• Ensuring all assigned clients are aware of the 䏘扗nancial documentation and visa processing as per university
• applied and county and proper/correct guidance is given to all assigned clients of the same.
