Develop plans, actions and standard operating procedures for the operation and administration of HK department
Establish and maintain HK and Laundry scheduling procedures
Organize the department as a team in order to optimize output of each employee and maintain housekeeping standards
Conduct inspection checks of the areas to ensure that proper upkeep, maintenance and standards are being met
Prepare and comply with annual budgets
Constantly seek newer methods, techniques, equipment and material that will improve the overall operations in a more efficient way at reduced cost
Maintain proper stocks, strict inventories and audits of Consumable, Linen & Uniform and Equipments.
Maintain the inventory of Non- Medical furniture
Hold Responsibility for departmental scheduling, keeping in mind the occupancy , conferences , CMEs and other official events
