Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience Candidate should be Graduate-Any Specialization Freshers can also apply., B.Tech/B.E/MCA. - Any Specialization PG:Any Pos - Any Specialization Salesforce 201 Admin & SF401 Developer Certification plus Good written and verbal communication skills Minimum 1 years hands-on experience with Salesforce.com including configuration and advanced Apex programming techniques. Experience integrating Salesforce.com with other external systems. Experience participating in Agile and Enterprise Software Development Life Cycle methodologies Knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery and mobile applications a plus Ability to take business requirements and design a Salesforce.com solution leveraging the native capabilities of the platform with a minimum of custom coding. Design, code and test Salesforce.com applications under the supervision of the in-house team and following Salesforce.com best practices. Provide higher level production support for existing Salesforce.com applications including interfaces to other systems and mobile applications. Possess and maintain technical proficiency with Salesforce.com technology including seasonal updates. Ability to work with a project team or work independently on smaller tasks. Able to research solutions and solve technical issues independently. Provide technical guidance to Salesforce administrators and HIT teams as needed. Participate in requirements gathering and testing phases of projects as needed. Prepare technical documentation.
