Intern – Client Acquisition Chandigarh, India The Intern will approach potential customers with the aim of winning new business, as well as maintaining good relationships with clients. Position: Intern - Client Acquisition Experience: Fresher Educational Requirement: Any graduate or Postgraduate (MBA/PGDM) or relevant job experience in this field Position type: Internship Internship Period: 6 Months Location: Chandigarh, India Compensation: Best in the industry Key Responsibilities: • Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business. • Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale. • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails. • Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries. • Promote Citius Minds services among decision makers in US Law Firms and International Corporations. • Consistently follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction with delivery, quality and customer service. Desired Skills: • Excellent verbal (English) and written (email) communication skills. • Willingness and ability to work in flexible hours (night shift). • Good problem solving and analytical skills. • Effective time management. • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to dynamic office environment. Eligibility Criteria: • Any graduate or Postgraduate (MBA/PGDM) or relevant job experience in this field • Should have knowledge / interest in KPO industry. • Experience in sales, business development / client development, client management and client acquisition will be appreciated.
