Develop, establish and continuously improve marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives
Provide overall marketing supervision and direct involvement with the marketing staff and sales team
Analysing and investigating price, demand and competition of the Company products
Identifying target markets and developing strategies to communicate with them
Devising and presenting new ideas and strategies for promoting the products
Provide help in organising events and exhibitions for promoting the products, as and when required
Managing promotional campaigns on social media
Articulate product and service offerings, key benefits and messages for use by sales and marketing team
Work closely with the top management and give inputs in production of all online and offline marketing materials including leaflets, posters, flyers, adverts, website, e-newsletters, etc.
Manage external relationships with advertising and promotion agencies, as and when required.
Provide inputs in content finalization for marketing the products and also give inputs for designing the promotional material
Explore new avenues to market the product on a mass basis
Work closely with the sales team and HR Department for managing the product promotion strategies
Handle PR related issues with prospective clients including receiving phone calls, arrange and execute the product demonstration calls, follow-up with the clients for closing the inquiries, etc.
Education and / or Experience Qualification :
Candidates with bachelor’s degree and strong academic credentials in marketing or related field would be preferred , MBA will be an added advantage.
Minimum of 4+ years’ work experience in marketing various products (preferably IT products) and / or involvement in key stages of a marketing cycle
Experience with various analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Social Media paid promotions , etc. would be an added advantage
Significant experience in developing advertising and product promotion material
Proven experience in working closely with the sales team
Ability to make sound business decisions, with demonstrated ability to gather and analyze factual information necessary to formulate recommendations in diverse situations
Should have effective time management, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills
Proficient PC skills required
Exceptional verbal and presentation skills is a must
Ability to work both independently and as a team member, while using discretion in decision making and sound judgment in problem solving
Excellent communication and creativity skills
