Ensure all database servers are backed up in a way that meets the business’s Recovery Point Objectives (RPO), Recovery Time Objectives (RTO), Archive and retention policy
Experience with Performance Tuning & Optimization (PTO) using native monitoring & troubleshooting tools
Previous Production Experience with MySQL Cluster is required
Refine & automate processes, track issues & document changes
