Job Description: Create wireframes and high fidelity designs that are ready for deployment Work with CTO and product manager and engineering teams to develop great mobile user experiences work with branding/ creative/ content teams to develop product aesthetic Work on creating designs either from scratch or should be able to customise the existing bootstrap templates Should translate UX design (wire frames, visual comps) into effective Web and Mobile application solutions Candidature: Must have atleast 3-4 years of working experience into front-end development Should be able to architect the front-end of website end to end Should be expert in designing and creating Responsive/Adaptive frameworks for Web Applications Should have expertise in HTML5, CSS3 and Javascript Should be well versed with UI/UX Principles Experience in designing High Performance websites Well versed with Local Storage, Canvas, SVG, JSON, AJAX Should be knowledgeable in CSS pre-processor, like SASS, LESS, Stylus etc. Should be well versed with version controlling systems or configuration management tools - GIT, Bitbucket etc. Should be well versed with Agile/ Scrum based methodologies Collaborating on creating user stories to define development tasks Working knowledge of AngularJS and Backbone.js would a plus Good verbal, written and communication skills Experience in leading cross-functional and global distributed teams and vendors Exceptional attention to detail and follow-up Compensation will be best as per industry standards
