Responsibilities Senior Executive responsibilities include Devising & implementing production & execution strategies/plans to achieve the organizational production goals Planned & managed the production batching as per the sales requirement; supervised Batch Card Issue, SAP Posting, RM+P GRN and Inventory Management Establishing processes & SOPs leveraging best practices to ensure process improvements, eliminate bottlenecks, realize operational efficiencies, control cost & reduce cycle time Supervising inspections at various stages to ensure safety & quality specifications are met without deviation Assuring that the assigned tasks are executed as per conformance with QA/QC guidelines for achieving highest quality Supported the Logistics function for dispatches/shipments of materials to customers Coordinated with Maintenance Supervisor for plant maintenance requirements Executing purchase of production and lab supplies (other than RM+P) from quotation, approval, SAP PR, Invoice from the vendor for PO, GRN to submission to accounts Engaged in Environmental Monitoring Testing Reports Submission to Pollution Control Board and other legal documents as advised by Plant Manager Reporting to Plant Manager daily, weekly, monthly and as required on plant operation
