We Require Trainer for Python Should handle the classes as per the batch plan and must do so with effective methodology. Services offered must be 100 customer centric. Should maintain the needed reports, log sheets, attendance sheets and all other files and registers needed as per the process. Should be punctual to class and must close the respective batches on time as well. Must offer support on theory and during lab sessions for the students. Should involve in cooperating with marketing team for internal counseling and going to college for seminars both internal and external. As and when needed should be able to handle grooming sessions on technology for the marketing / any other team asks for. Should involve in internal marketing activity such as forum posting, mailer, SMS as needed and as agreed towards lead generation Should handle demo / workshops / seminars as per the schedule given by the marketing team. Should help Placement Coordinator for activity class and for student placement. Should take interviews as and when needed. Should prepare Question paper and also involving in paper evaluation. Should involve in business generation by upgrading students. Should be ready to travel when required, to other branches as well. And must be open to handling classes at colleges and/or other corporate offices. Should follow the process for the given designation diligently without any deviation. Should mould the students as per the needed standards by giving them enough and needed assessments, seminars as per process. If any student issues arise handle the same along with the Team lead and/or the respective managers. Service students during the Project season as well which will be apart from the regular batches. Should ensure to handle the batches both the project & regular with efficiency. Will be working on projects making the needed changes as and when discussed by the team lead / managers. As per the requirement should be ready to update themselves on other technologies as well and if required train the other TCs/TLs/TAs and/or others.
