Job description for Production Engineer (Cable Industry) Position: Production Engineer Location: Neemrana Roles & Responsibility i) Technology transfer of process from development to production. ii) Actively contribute to achieve monthly production and dispatch targets. iii) Implementing & monitoring technological changes to enhance productivity and quality . iv) Executing cost saving techniques/ measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in Q&M expenditures. v) Calculation for capacity enhancement and implementation. vi) Calculation of BCT (Batch Cycle Time) & BCT reduction and implementation. vii) Generation of process related documentation and analysis. viii) Achievements of quality objectives. ix) Implementation of QMS 9001 and EMS 14001: 2015 x) Compliance with Company Credo Knowledge of any one process: bunching, laying, PVC insulation and jacketing Profile: i) B.Tech / Diploma (Electrical /E&C / Mechanical) ii) Min. 3/5 year experience as Production Engineer – Preferably in cable industry. iii) Should have strong exposure to Product & Process / quality management. iv) Should possess excellent English written & communication skills. v) Should have good listening and observation skill as well as analytical thinking. vi) Ability to promote and work well in a team environment vii) High integrity, responsive to different departmental needs and be persuasive viii) Sound exposure to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001: 2015 Reports to: Manager (Production) Sal: 3-4 LCTC PA Regards Sanjeev Mob:-(phone hidden)190 Email: (email hidden)
