The Role: Product Manager Requirements: * Strong analytical and problem solving skills. * Knowledge on secured and unsecured loans. * Good communication and pleasing personality. * Bachelors in Engineering/ Electronics & Communication / IT * Have the ability to get things done. * Knowledge of Air-conditioning * Knowledge of Product Pricing & Negotiation * Excellent communication and analytical skills. * Proven ability to lead, influence, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. * 2-4 years of experience as a Product Manager. Job Responsibilities: * Responsible for planning process, define and realize a marketing policy for the product creation, such that the budgeted targets, as volume and profit (margins), can be realized with and through the defined sales channels. * Set up and execute roadmaps for the introduction of new products or updates and the phasing-out of existing products in such a way that an optimal product portfolio is available on the market in time and with low costs of stock. * Gather information and data from multiple sources (consumer research, partners, vendors, competitive analysis), develop insights, and translate findings into action * Assisting customers with queries, requests & complaints. * Assessing overall Credit Eligibility of customer & recommended the case to higher authority. * Assist in formulating & implementing Risk Control & Credit Management processes/strategies * Work closely with Product Panning, Operations, Business development, Credit Purchase to deliver successful business programs across India. * Track record of successful collaboration with a product delivery team or organization. * Develop product strategies that put users first while helping us meet our business goals. * Ability to solve complex issues to achieve objectives and deliver results on multiple projects in a complex, fast-moving environment. * Strong business management and analysis skills * Strong strategy, analytical, and communication skills.
