• Responsible for creating process for all activities related to customer and company like Customer Care, Collection, Retention & Bill Delivery accord to the company guidelines.

• Handling the team of 20 on rolls employees
• Responsible to ensure end to end customer Onboarding till complete life cycle.
• Responsible to ensure accurate documentation as per DOT guideline.
