• Ensure the compliance of TRAI norms on new acquisitions at the retail/distributor/selling points • Quality audit of verification agency • Responsible for managing customer retention and churn percentage for the zone. • Mystery audit at the locations and touch/selling points. • Managing and coordinating Channel Partners for smooth operations of their business area. • Ensuring maximum satisfaction for both individual & enterprises customer by closely interacting with potential clients, understanding their requirements and customizing services accordingly • Responsible for creating process for all activities related to customer and company like Customer Care, Collection, Retention & Bill Delivery accord to the company guidelines. • AV/CV Agency Management. • Handling the team of 20 on rolls employees • Responsible to ensure end to end customer Onboarding till complete life cycle. • Responsible to ensure accurate documentation as per DOT guideline.
