POSITION: - Manager (Service) Location: - Malad (Mumbai) QUALIFICATION: - Diploma/B.E (Electrical) EXPERIENCE: - 7 to 10 Years SALARY: - 40 to 50 k ctc/Month Role and Responsibilities Knowledge of ISO 9001: 2015 & ohsas 18001 Good Knowledge of Billing & Collection of projects and AMc’s. Regular follow-ups with concerned Clients for payment release To generate 5 customers in Q 3 and Q 4 in the financial year 2019-20 To add 20 customers for service department with target of 40 lack worth AMC business in financial years 2019-20. To add revenue of 1 Cr. with Financial year 2020-2021 in addition to existing turnover as of Oct. 2019 Preparing Work Order for Contractor/Sub-Contractors Verifying Contractor’s Invoice To monitor Preparing Engineer’s Attendance/ Travel plan Verifying Engineer’s Vouchers Feedback of site and services activates to VP operations. MRN preparation for all projects Proper Co-ordination among Staffs and Clients Identifying and preparing billing and collection projections on monthly basis and ensuring the target is met. Co-ordinate small project and service tasks on daily basis Preparing Handover Documents/Reports Co-ordination & Documents sharing with purchase Department for materials Constantly monitor and report of the progress of project to all stakeholders. Telephonic support all the clients on immediate basis. Attend arrange to the survey required and arrange meeting with client as per requirement of clients, all the proposal for new business and quotation for the high average of project maintaining good relation with clients in future for upcoming projects. Handling PAN India clients in hardware & software, also do collections follow up with clients, closing all the project and service sales in (TAT) time Commercial and Residential Small projects closed by as per (TAT) Timeline. Avoid escalation from clients. Well acquainted with AMC/Service/Renewal of contract related to Fire fighting system. Knowledge of Installation/Commissioning / programming of Siemens, Notifire, Ravel, Morley, EST fire fighting devices & Panels.
