Lead Engineer – QA/QC, Job Location : Kuwait , Experience :8 to 12 yrs, Mandatory Certificate: ASNT LEVEL II To Co-ordinate with corporate Quality Head and Site Office. Monthly Inspection Report and QA&QC activities submitted to corporate Quality Head. To solve any Quality related Issues. To attend Client and Contractor’s Meeting and follow up site Quality activities. To check Pressure Vessels, Reactors, Columns, heat exchangers, Storage tanks, fired heaters, packaged items as per bid Document and codes. To Carry out Material inspection for Plates, piping, Fittings, Valves, and Electrodes. To Prepare QAP/ITP, Procedures as per ISO 9001 requirements. To prepare WPS, PQR and Co-ordinate to WQT and Non-Destructive Tests. Reviewing, witnessing and testing to all inspection stages, monitoring the performance of Welders & maintaining all Inspection Records. Perform visual examination upon completion of welding. Punch joint codification on the joints Arrange the Clearance for radiographic Testing Offers on work site. Preparing LINE HISTORY SHEET (LHS)
