IT Technical Recruiter - US Staffing (2-3 yrs)

1.Support the US team by sourcing and recruiting US-based candidates for IT job requisitions on Contract, Contract to Hire and Fulltime basis.
2.Will work closely with the Recruiting Manager to anticipate requirements & identify potential resource pool.
3.Utilize multiple recruiting sources including but not limited to job boards, user groups, LinkedIn, networking, and other tools and technology sources.
4.Proactively identify the best suitable candidate for client requirements utilizing various sourcing techniques such as internal database, referrals, job boards, head hunting etc
5.Evaluate and qualify candidates through stringent screening process.
6.Negotiate rates/salary structure with candidates/vendors.
7.Prepare candidates for client interview.
8.Maintain rapport and follow up with candidates through closure.
9.Effectively manage multiple job requisitions and deliver on a high volume basis (if required).
10.Be creative to identify avenues to search candidates and keep a pipeline ready for client requirements.
