HR – Executive (Employee Relation)
US Shift (5:30 pm -2:30 am)

Job Description:-
• Good understanding of HR function and Ability to understand & work in a multitasking environment.
• Conducting Employee Engagement Programs.
• Handle Employee Joining formalities
• Drive & Manage Positive Employee Relations Strategy
• Drive Employee Referrals through rigorous communication & Maintaining Database.
• Strong Ability to Co-ordinate & Conduct Employee Beneficial Programs like Training/ Counseling/Performance Review Meetings etc.,
• Driving Communication & fun activities on the floor to ensure Employee motivation
• Coordinate and ensure delivery of New hire Orientation/on Boarding sessions
• Grievance handling
• EPF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Statutory Compliance.
• Attendance & Leave, etc
Qualification:- MBA in Human Resource Management
Experience:- 2-3 years in HR (Employee Relation) in International BPO.
Salary:-3.20 lacs per annum
