Graphic Designer

Work on a variety of projects that integrate digital, graphic and product design Collaborate with others with different backgrounds such as product owners, experience designers, business analysts and many other roles within health care, operations and technology Review and interpret business, customer and end-user requirements Create prototypes and designs of different levels of fidelity to help teams determine the design direction for a project Translate designs to front-end code using popular modern frameworks (Bootstrap, Javascript, JQuery, HTML5, and CSS) Be an advocate of exceptional visual design and exceptional user experience Help clients empathize with users by creating deliverables that tell a compelling story Design websites, apps, and other digital experiences and collateral with the end user in mind Apply and generate creative for UX, branding, and iconography work Confident working with Strategists and Design team peers to create project architecture documents including Sitemaps, Workflows, Schematics, Wireframes, and Comps Understand and have worked in an agile team environment Collaborate with Development teams to deliver projects and ensure your vision is carried through to final product launch Work with experience designers to ensure the best user experience solutions are being produced Read and understand interface guidelines thoroughly enough to spot when something’s out of place, and know when to break the mold Propose alternative creative solutions to solve problems Drive and evangelizes good design thinking and process (atomic design and other essential principles) in the organization
